UUMN Sustainability and Welfare Position Statement
UUMN Model Management operates with a documented sustainability and welfare policy. This statement is available for clients, procurement teams, casting directors and partner agencies who need to understand or document UUMN's working standards; for CSR reporting, ESG commitments or responsible procurement purposes.
The statement covers six areas: who UUMN works with and why, the fast fashion exclusion policy, the model welfare framework including personal values and young model protection, the position on digital rights and AI, booking documentation standards, and compliance with CSRD and CSDDD legislation.
Summary
UUMN does not work with fast fashion brands. Every model on the roster knows their rights, their rates and their limits before every booking. Model images may never be used for AI training or digital replica generation without a separate written agreement. Every booking is confirmed in writing with full usage rights, rates and working conditions specified.
